Pizza Dough

  • 2 cups warm water
  • 2 Tablespoons active dry yeast
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 - 5 cups flour

  • Proof the yeast in the warm water and sugar.  Add remaining ingredients.  Move to floured board and knead for a few minutes until elastic.

    Shape dough into pan and add toppings.  Bake at 500 degrees for 8 - 10 minutes.
